Funny things my kids say...

When asking Jaron & Ethan what they did at the Koss' house today with their friends, this was Jaron's reply...We played video games, watched Playhouse Disney, played Gilligans Island, farmer, exercise show and Confederate Slaves.
"I love you, Lydia" - me, "I love you too, mom" - Lydia "I love you more" - me, "No, I love you more, mom" - Lydia "I love you to the moon and back" - me "No, mom, that's not good, its too cold up there." - Lydia
"Mom, what's that, Mom? - Lydia "That's my chest" - Mom "I got a chest too mom." - Lydia (Pause, looks in her shirt) "You got big chests" - Lydia
"Is it against the law to kiss your girlfriend?" - Ethan
"It's warm today, can we put on our "hot pants", "I mean "short pants"?"
"Hurry up guys, its time to watch the Superbowl." - Jaron "I've got to get my 3D glasses." - Evan "Don't worry about it, you don't need those until part time (half-time?)" - Jaron
"I got to study...and I don't even know how to study?" - Ethan
"I really need some ear puffs" - Ethan. (Ear Muffs)
Holding Lydia in my arms, she was looking straight at Glen and said, "You're the prince and mommy's your princess."
Ethan spent a weekend at the Hardings house while we took the teens to Fall Retreat. He was sitting at the kitchen counter and after a few minutes of silence he perked up and said, "I brought clean underwear."
Ethan - "Even though I try, I just can't stop being funny."
Talking about their favorite season, Jaron said his was summer because "my sweat glands are boiling over with joy!"
"I got hay in my hiney!" - Ethan
A conversation with Lydia in the car... Lydia - "Where's daddy?" Me - "At work" L - "Where's br-u-ders?" Me - "Where do you think they are?" L - "church" Me - "No, where do you think they are? L - "Doc ur Peacheys!" Me - "No, where do you think they are?" L - "I have no idea.....br-u-ders at school." Me - "You got it."
A conversation among my children about what jobs they want to have... Ethan - "I want to be a singer and Pluto." Jaron - "You said you wanted to be president." Ethan - "Yeah, I do, but I'm not gonna live in the whitehouse." Me - "Where are you going to live?" Ethan - "With you, of course."
"I don't want to go to the dentist." - Ethan "Why?" - Mom "Because I don't want them to take my teeth out to clean them."
"I hold you." - Lydia
"Ethan's got a girlfriend, Ethan's got a girlfriend." - Jaron and Evan "What's a girlfriend?" - Glen "It's kinda like a wife." - Ethan
Who ever decided to spell Chicago with a CH missed English class, cause it should be SHicago instead. At least that's what I think. - Jaron
Riding on a bus in New York City..."Mom, why are there so many yellow cars here?" - Ethan
We asked Jaron to deliver ice cream to the new pastor and his wife at our church, so he did. When he got back to the car the first thing he said was..."Don't ask me what they said, I have no idea."
Glen giving directions to me..."Hon, go under the viaduck." ""We're gonna buy a duck?" - Ethan
"Mom, does your voice sound change when you get bigger." - Ethan "Yes it does." - Mom "But I want to keep the one I got now, I like it too much." - Ethan
"I just have to say one thing, History is so completely fascinating." - Jaron He explained himself by saying that History isn't like Science, with science if people don't like the outcome they just change it, but with History you just can't change something because it will just always be. Thought that was pretty deep.
"Mom, for my birthday will you paint the outside of our house red?" - Jaron (Go figure???)
"I can't believe its graduation day, I'm getting so old." - Evan graduating from kindergarten today.
I found a tick on Lydia today and on the way to school the boys said this... "If that bug got on me, I'd show him my moves." - Evan "You can't show bugs moves." - Jaron "Yeah, their too little." - Ethan
In reference to being in a College Campus Cafeteria..."So Dad, if you go to this school, you don't have to bring a lunchbox?" - Evan
In reference to an overheard phone conversation between Glen and I about Lydia hitting a little girl in the nursery Sunday..."Dad, on Sunday do you want me to work in the nursery so I can watch Lydia in case she punches somebody?" - Jaron
The boys talking about when they grow up in the car today...""When you get big, then you get married, then you have kids." - Evan (6) "I love KIDS!!" - Ethan (5 in 2 days)
"Someone peed on the seat and I just sat in it. I don't like that and I know mommy doesn't like that, haven't you ever heard her scream when she has."
"When I was like three or something, I ate dog food. I think I remember that it tasted good."
"Let's get going before mom does lose her mind." - Evan's response to me saying something similar.
Mom, "Did Lydia drink all the milk out of those things or do you have anymore?"
"Mom, there's a rock in my ear."
In reference to the kids camping in the backyard tonight..."Mom, are you afraid someone will get us? I assure you I know my moves." - Jaron
